Surprisingly somehow I let go of it all, washed beyond my darkest dreams.
I saw a new light of day, blurring moments wanted long.
Calling out in my unconscious being, I heard a name out loud.
I look beyond it more than moments counted; somehow you lost me for a while.
Carrying out my actions now, surfaces seem to fade and merge.
I mingle on my hardy stride, following through the haze untold.
Small or large, the beckoning wants.
Claiming lands, far lost or unseen.
Fearing things that brought on time, being people slowly unfurled.
Swirling mirages rising high, I claim this land to be my own.
We walk alone to prove a point, to seek that shadow far from told.
